This has been a rough week so far. Both my kids have been home sick. Taking care of twin toddlers can be challenging. Taking care of sick twin toddlers is a whole new category of challenging. I’ve put everything else aside this week to just be there for my guys. Everything else I had planned to post here this week is being pushed to next.
That being said I was excited to see my latest article for VineSleuth Uncorked was published today. And the theme couldn’t be more perfect for a sick day. I wrote about one of my favorite comforting fall soups – Butternut Squash Soup with Curry and Ginger.
Just looking at these pictures makes me want to make this, again, for my sick little guys. Only instead of serving them in these small pretty breakable dishes I’ll give them a hearty serving in a (plastic) indestructible bowl. They love this soup!
